Tightness of chest may be due to cardiac disease, lung disease, disease of the ribcage or pleura or even due to Acid peptic dsorder. Since you have been examined by a doctor he must have ruled out most of the physical causes. So probably you problem is either due to APD or stress/anxiety. You need medicaiton and counselling. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private.

Dear Anand,
When did you last consult your doctor? Please consult her/him to discuss your continuation of these tablets. If you still need them, he can prescribe cheaper and equally effective alternatives to these drugs. They are NOT addictive - addiction means that you go on increasing the dose, your thinking is always about how to get them, you get craving and other physical symptoms on withdrawal nad you don't perform your normal responsibilities.
