Hi, A well balanced diet which is compact in all food groups is preferred. Try to give small frequent meals every 2 hourly. Do not force feed but try to be consistent with the timing of the meal. Milkshakes like Mango, Banana, Chickoo, Honey, nuts is Preferred. Wheat, Dates, Anjeer, Ghee ladoos are good. Milk/Paneer/ Curd to be given daily. Vegetables in cutlet form to be made with paneer/cheese.
