Taking proteins depend upon your exercise level. Just by taking whey, one does not gain muscles. Also if you are a beginner, you should focus on basics. After one has achieved a basic level of fitness, they should start supplements to reach next level.

The protein intake is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, 56 grams per day for the average sedentary man. 46 grams per day for the average sedentary woman, as you can opt fro options like soya milk / tofu / lentils There’s nothing inherently risky about whey protein by itself, but following a diet that’s very high in protein for an extended period of time entails risks, especially if you’re not trying to build muscle.
