Sciatica pain can be mild to intense. Many with lumbar herniated disc and sciatica often wonder whether or not they require a surgery. Needless to say, it is never an easy decision. But the good news is that micro discectomy surgery has a higher rate of success when it comes to relieving sciatica pain. The best option is to start physiotherapy treatment for posture correction and pain relief.
As in this condition the spine is losing its curve and is bending forward which can cause pain in maintaining simple but important postures like sitting or standing.
Treatment involving mild joints alignment and mobilisation should be integrated.
I hope this will help.
