The best option is to start physiotherapy treatment for posture correction and pain relief.
As in this condition the spine is losing its curve and is bending forward which can cause pain in maintaining simple but important postures like sitting or standing.
Treatment involving mild joints alignment and mobilisation should be integrated.
I hope this will help.

For vertigo you should try this
1. Avoid taking too many pillows during sleep ( preferably no pillows)
2. Avoid position that causes vertigo. Most commonly Neck flexion increases vertigo like looking at Mobile, tv or sitting for prolonged time.
3. Correction of posture during sitting, sit erect and head in retracted position.

Hello lybrate-user.
The lipoma is not dangerous.
But the location of it is troublesome.
After it increases in size substantially it can cause pain in the area.
You can take homoeopathic treatment for that.
