No. That will not help. Vitamin deficiency is one of the cause not the only cause. 1. Avoid spicy and sour foods, drinking hot liquids like tea, coffee and avoid oily, spicy food until the ulcers heal.

Hello, sore inside mouth suggest vitamin defficiencies .try taking healthy foods and include green leafy vegetables in your diet. Also poor oral hygiene can lead to sores in mouth .try brushing your teeth daily for two times ,in the morning and before going to bed and maintain your oral hygiene. Also avoid eating spicy foods for few days untill the sore heals.

mouth ulcers can be easily treated by doing the following:
using a soft toothbrush to brush your teeth
using a toothpaste that doesn’t contain sodium lauryl sulphate, as this may be irritating 
avoiding hard, spicy, salty, acidic or hot food and drink until the ulcer heals
• maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice, once in the morning and before bedtime • use clorhexidine mouthwash daily twice, you need to gargle 5-10 ml and spit it out. This will help ...more
