Before taking melatonin do the following thing:
try to minimise the home lights in d evening keeping the home environment of dim lights. This will ensure normal secretion of melatonin from your body.
Avoid using any sort of screen light or mobile from the evening itself.
If you have migraine refer to a nearby general physician or can consult me.

Dear user looking at your job which might involve sitting for long hours and bad posture iâm suspecting cervical spondylosis. My suggestion would be to use a cervical pillow to sleep. Maintain good posture by using lumbar support and orthopaedic cushions for sitting. Also the pain can be reduced by physiotherapy.
