Not really. But yes these deiciency can definitely impact your bones and cartilage. But answer yourself honestly that how much do we exercise these days. Okay if you are deficient in vitamin d which most of north indians are we can replace that if you are having symptoms but this is definitely not the reason for putting on weight. Start exercising with a proper meal plan you will loose weight.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To feel hungry try to be active as much as possible
- set a proper routine, do exercise in the morning like walking, jogging, cycling, also do moderate weight lifting twice a week, do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning
- climb stairs at your workplace if there, take a walk for 5-10 min after lunch
- evening play a game or do walking
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & lean fats

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. 2 Do not drink any liquid(except water,)before lunch and dinner.Do not take tea on empty stomach .
3 start taking Pantaperazole tab.40 mg in the morning.Take tea or milk after one hour .
