Meal Replacement Questions

I am a vegetarian. I want to say vegan, because I don't eat eggs, but I do eat and drink diary products. Besides not eating that I also can't eat bread and pasta, because it makes my stomach feel uncomfortable then I end up feeling nauseated and sometimes I puke. This also happens when I eat food with curry in. I do have i. B. S and gastritis. Besides not being able to eat those foods lately it feels like its starting to happen with more and more foods, I dread having to decide what to eat. It feels like I can't make up my mind because to me food doesn't taste nice. The only things I can eat without feeling like this is potatoes tomatoes green beans dairy products and carrots. That is about it. I decided to try out a vegan meal replacement, but is that healthy to only eat the foods that I mentioned above combined with the vegan meal replacement? Also if I had an allergic reaction to the iodine injected during a cat scan does that mean i'm also allergic to iodine in the meal replacements? All the meal replacements have iodine in and i'm not sure if I will get an allergic reaction? Please help, because i'm always feeling tired and weak because I do not have enough vitamins in my body.

Weight reduction can not be done over night.
You have to take it as a way of life.
Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal.
You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises.

Novorapid is a short, rapid acting insulin that is typically given in 3 shots/ day (called Bolus insulins shots), with each major meal. It is more convenient to give this insulin in the hospital, when patients are admitted for infection/ surgery/ procedures/ delivery etc. Eglucent Mix 25 is a premixed insulin that contains two components; 25% of short, rapid acting and 75% of intermediate acting insulins. This needs to be taken only twice daily and hence, more convenient for the out patient.

Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein.
