2. do you have a non vegetarian diet ?
3. any ringing sensation in your ears?
4.avoid excess coffee /chocolate .
5. have you checked your blood pressure ?any history of low blood pressure?

It may not be carbegoline induced. Psychosis can relapse after few months, if medications are stopped. She needs to be treated again with antipsychotics and if carbegoline is essential, continued along with it. Good luck
