Your bp level indicate that your symptoms are in fact due to low blood pressure. A systolic bp of 90 isn't normal. I would suggest you to get a digital bp apparatus and chart your bp at least twice daily and it will help to determine a pattern of your bp. It may not be carbegoline induced. Psychosis can relapse after few months, if medications are stopped. She needs to be treated again with antipsychotics and if carbegoline is essential, continued along with it. Good luck
