2. Reduce body weight 3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt.
5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily
7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night

Target ldl should be less than 100. Take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Avoid food high in cholesterol like red meat, butter ghee, egg yolk. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins per week).
Repeat lipid profile after 3 weeks. Meanwhile also get your blood sugar and blood pressure checked.

tab rosuvaatatin10 mg one at night till one month.
use almond 11 to soak in water in morning peal them take in breakfast chew very finely to increase hdl so ldl decreases. ldl bad cholesterol, hdl good cholesterol. weight decrease but you need to change the DIET plan to bland add fiber diet, millets so carbohydrates decrease. slowly you can maintain cholesterol levels.
