Hi lybrate-user!
from your question I interpret there to be some very simple problems which need to be resolved. To brief, psychological counselling & supplementation of some multivitamins & minerals will definitely help you. Take care :)

For an appropriate advise, your blood coagulation profile has be reassesed and further consultation has to be done. Other than that measure your bp at home every 2 hour and note it down for 2 days. On 1st day with antihypertensives and another day without antihypertensives.
2 hour interval is important as you will get alerted early in case you bp drop or fall severely.

Your bp 145/76 is high. It is a silent and harmful disease which affects all organs. You need personal examination. Please consult your local physician for checkup and advice.
