Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light

Good control of hypothyroidism is very essential for improving bp to normal levels --so have 3 monthly check-up of tft and consult your endocrinologist / consultant physician who will take care of low bp treatment also--when life style adjustments fail in controling low bp.---ok.

The bp as you had noted---- usually don't make any symptoms --still take salty lime juice-- 1 glass twice daily ; take 50 gm of dry salted fish roast daily; take 3 pappad and 1 tea spoon of pickles daily.; avoid long standing and sit down for few minutes --in between --during long walking. Telma is considered good with patients with diabetes and that's why doctor suggested.
people just see mg of medicine and believe that telma 40 mg is too high dose than amlodopine 2.5mg.

Yes, it is absolutely normal. Anxiety and panic attacks may be because of stress like exams fear etc. Exercising for half an hour daily will be sufficient to get rid of these symptoms.
