People suffering from high blood pressure won't see any specific symptoms even if the condition worsens. Meanwhile few common symptoms or say problems that occur due to high blood pressure include- fatigue, bleeding nose, breathlessness, nausea, headache, blurry vision, and heart palpitations.

High blood pressure is caused due to many reasons. Unhealthy lifestyle choices as well as various health conditions may lead to high blood pressure. Few causes include- thyroid, lack of sleep or sleep apnea, consuming illegal drugs such as amphetamines and cocaine, taking medicines for cold, cough, painkillers, contraceptive pills and a few others, and congenital heart defects caused due to problems in blood vessels.
