First of all, this condition is most likely not normal. Difference between two arms upto 10 mmhg is tolerable, and even 20 mmhg according to some studies. But in your case difference is significant to raise a concern. It might be due to peripheral artery disease or some other arterial diseases. But diagnosis can't be made without some important tests. So my advice to you would be to visit a very good doctor in your city, so that thorough evaluation of your condition can be done and diagnosis can...more

Hi, im a 20 year old woman, 5 ft 2. I've had low blood pressure in the past but I think I might have it again? Possibly diabetes? I'm always tired, lightheaded, find it hard to even make it out of bed. I suffer from loneliness, anxiety and depression too which might have to do with it. I know im deficient in nutrients, and have started to take omega 3 supplements, vitamin d, and vitamin b. I find it really hard to process things as quickly as others, even though I am trying to concentrate as much as possible and I put double the effort others do in trying to retain information. For example, in leading a zipwire session (as I am an outdoor activity instructor). I think this is also what is leading me to be depressed. Feeling very slow and useless compared to everybody else. I have been slow my entire school life too. I would really like to know what this could be linked to or if it is maybe adhd. Finally, I have an issue where I am always needing to urinate, at least a few times an hour. This has been happening for years and is worrying because I can't work or get to sleep easily.

Usually in most cases, the difference is not more than +/- 5 to10 mm Hg but it entirely depends on the apparatus being used and whether the cuff is tied appropriately or not.

The blood pressure naturally increases during winter.
Because in winter there is generalised vasoconstrictions of blood vessels.
Further there is body inactivity compared to summer.
Food intake also increases during winter.
There is usually 25 % increase in dosage of anti hypertensive drugs.

No any tab good or bad.
The tablet which suits you n your bp is maintained is good for you.
Only tab heardly work you have to control your diet, change lifestyle, add excercise simplest is brick walk 40 min, five days a week.
Listen every tablet have some or more side effects, so you can't change every medicine two months or so.
Better to consult your doctor, because your treating doctor must know which tab you have stop, or switch on.

You should take second medicine at 3 pm instead of night.
Your bp is not low means 90/60 so you r ok.
Right time to take if second medicine is at 3.00 pm.
