Hello lybrate-user. Firstly you have to avoid stress. Mental stree cause decrease apetite and irregular periods. Do exercise and yoga at morning .this wil lhelp you to relase stress and increase apetite. Always eat something in every 3 hrs. Drink plenty of water. 1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

You need to do thyroid profile, CBC, KFT, LFT, Lipid profile from a lab. You should not do such a drastic dieting. Our body needs nutrition n some basic nutrients from diet everyday. Hello, eat your meals at proper time..Do some physical activity or exercise or walk, that will cure your appetite. Take some appetizers like ginger, lemon, soups, pepper powder in soup or in veg/dal..that will improve your appetite and release the feeling of nausea/vomiting.
