If she is unhealthy with lack of periods, pallor etc, better do a psychiatrist consultation to rule out anorexia. Also blood investigations are necessary.

You need to do thyroid profile, CBC, KFT, LFT, Lipid profile from a lab. You should not do such a drastic dieting. Our body needs nutrition n some basic nutrients from diet everyday. Hello, eat your meals at proper time..Do some physical activity or exercise or walk, that will cure your appetite. Take some appetizers like ginger, lemon, soups, pepper powder in soup or in veg/dal..that will improve your appetite and release the feeling of nausea/vomiting.
