No, its not the reason. It can be stress or anxiety. Try to relax --exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.
Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family.

I have seen the details mentioned. In a person taking adequate dosage of levothyroxine TSH is usually maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms are in check.
