Doing masturbation once weekly is good but not more than this. Eat healthy and nutritious diet, do yoga ,exercise, drink enough water, take fruits salad.

No, its not the reason. It can be stress or anxiety. Try to relax --exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.

I have seen the details mentioned. In a person taking adequate dosage of levothyroxine TSH is usually maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms are in check. In your case the TSH level is high. However, there is no mention of T3 & T4 levels. That information is also required to give a correct advise. It might be a manifestation of cervical spondylosis...do u have prolonged sitting job....get ur X-ray neck done to rule it out.....if present ,there are several exercises to control it
