Getting fatty day by day is not a good thing, try to control that by bringing change in your food choices & lifestyle. Keep check on your food intake, eat small & frequent meals, avoid taking sweetened beverages. Avoid high fat & cheesy food products, include more fiber in your diet such as fruits with skin, whole cereals (chapati with bran) & whole pulses.
