Most of the time, a high uric acid level occurs when your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid efficiently. Things that may cause this slow-down in the removal of uric acid include rich foods, being overweight, having diabetes, taking certain diuretics and drinking too much alcohol. Let's discuss your problem in detail for better advice and medication plan.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

Dear Lybrate user as you mentioned, you should take care of your diet, sleep and water intake properly. Regular physical exercise is must for healthy mind and body. Learn yoga and meditation. You may take calcium and d3 supplements for some time. These days vit b12 deficiency is very common. You may take supplements on first hand. If no relief then blood tests for cbc, thyroid, hba1c (more important if family history of diabetes) and other routine test may be needed.

Madam, once stem is loose, it has to be revised. If you are having difficulty in routine work, you should get a revision hip replacement in near future, don't delay. You can post your x rays here. Thanks.

Its very common to develop osteoarthritis in knee joints mainly in this age. Tell her to start with hot compression daily 3 times at least for 15 mins. Roll a towel and place it under her knees and tell her to press the knees downwards and pull the great toes towards her. Rep. 10 times 2 times in a day. She should start wearing knee caps asap.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
