I think you should not go for surgery now, take some iron rich foods so that your hb level increased, then you can think of it, I will advise you to go for proper homeopathic treatment atlst for 6 months, and observe what kind of changes your having at this period of time,

Dear lybrate-user.
We are routinely performing laparoscopic Hysterectomy, it has definitely advantage over open surgery but again it all depends why hysterectomy is required what is the indication and who is performing.
In good hands both open and laparoscopic hysterectomy will give satisfactory results.

Hello madam
You should get a repeat Ultrasonography done if there is a pain. Also it could be because of the painkillers your doctor might be prescribing. You can show me your doctor's prescription and drugs prescribed in private chat so that I could comment on the same.
Regards.

I think you should go for proper homeopathic treatment which can reduce the size of your myoma, your age is 41 and approaching towards your menopause, so if it's reducing then continue the treatment, that will be better, otherwise go for laparascopic myomectomy.

At 28 years hysterectomy is not the option. If you r suffering from fibroids then fibroids can be removed. If you have excessive bleeding during menses and completed family, then endometrial ablation is one therapy in which inner lining of the uterus is removed.

Hysterectomy is not a family planning method. There are various contraceptive methods like condoms, oral contraceptive pills injectable hormone etc. Those who have already had a child can go for intrauterine contraceptive device like copper t. Once family is complete permanent methods can be used.
