How you reduced your weight. Have you taken any pills. I think you have reduced weight in unhealthy way. While reducing weight you should take proper balance diet. Which includes all fruits dryfruits fibre. Proper macronutrients and micronutrients. Lots 9f water.

Drinking water quantities do not depend upon weight nor it's fixed. As we all have different lifestyle, lives at different places some in hot regions some cold, some work outdoors in sun n some indoors in ac. So thumb rule is- check color of your urine. If it's transparent then it means you r taking enough amount of water. But if it's yellow even pale yellow then you need to drink more water.

Sorry but in such a short span- not possible. First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
