Acne/Pimples

Cause

Age/ heredity/ hormonal imbalance/ cheap make up products / polluted surrounding/ stress

Solutions:

  • Grape cleanser- to prepare the cleanser, firstly take some fresh grapes and also should be refrigerated. Cut them in half. Now rub them over the skin especially over the area affected by the acne. Now, wash with cold water.
  • Cucumber mask- take a small sized cucumber and a cup of oatmeal. Blend it well to get a fine paste. Take a spoon of the paste and mix with same amount of curd. Apply over skin. Wash the area after 30 minutes.
  • Fiber- have about 20 to 30 grams of fiber daily.
  • Avoid peanut items
  • Have low fat diet
  • Less salt- avoid food products high in salt like chips, salted popcorn, canned foods and lunched meat.
  • Use oil skin care products. Avoid makeup but if it is necessary then apply medicine before makeup application. Don’t allow the sweat to stay over face.
  • Divya kayakalp vati
  • Clean face with cotton wool dipped in rose water 2-3 times a day. Do not use soap.
  • Orange peel is very good in the treatment of acne. Grind the peel with some water to a paste and apply on affected parts. When oranges are not in season
  • Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice in 1 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon (dalchini) powder and apply on affected areas frequently. Sift the cinnamon (dalchini) powder to make it into a very fine powder.
  • Crush a fegarlic (lasan) flakes and apply on the face
  • Grind some neem leaves with water to a fine paste. Apply on infected area.
  • Make a paste of ½ teaspoon each of sandalwood and turmeric (haldi) powder in a little water and apply.
  • Grind some black cumin seeds (shah jeera) with a little vinegar (sirka) to a smooth paste. Apply on affected parts. Cumin seeds

Yoga:

Exercise/ brisk walk daily/ slow jogging/fasting
