Don't worry its called dry socket. N it's quite normal with some patients after extraction. Plss visit your dentist who did your treatment and meanwhile plsss don't touch that area. He vl treat the condition and it will subside within a few weeks.

Yes at times it does happen that grafted bone does not grow 100% & hence your tooth is still weak. You can either wait & check if the bone healing improves or you can get a smile design done which will improve your smile to some extent.
