1. Sugar+salt+turmeric powder+lemon juice
Apply over the knee joint and bandage. 2.sesamum oil, +mustard oil, +ginger powder
gently massage over knee joint
3. Olive oil, + apple cider vinegar, massage gently over the knee
4.coconut oil, +chilli powder, apply over the knee and wash off in 20 minutes. 5.tulasi, +turmeric, + warm coconut oil massage gently.

2 If the damage in the hip is severe better to of load the hip by using a walking aid
or as you are 64 you can think of hip replace ment surgery if it is indicated, which can be determined only after seeing the X rays
