I had patellar tendonitis and the doctor I consulted asked me to take a some time of from my sports activities and asked me to do some stretches. It's been 2 months now I can run and jog freely without any pain (no after pain either) but I can't squat. The moment I squat it hurts (even bodyweight squats). Do I need to take some rest or something. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
