That's a great weight loss. When you quit Keto you might gain back 4-5 kgs as there will be water weight coming back. This will stabilise after the initial couple of kgs, so please don't worry when you stop the diet. Use multivitamins only if you feel the need, if you ate weaker losing hair weaker nails dull skin etc. You can use any otc multivitamins bought from a pharmacy. No need to go for keto diet
-Avoid processed food, junk food, maida, fried food completely.
-Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
-Drink plenty of water. Increase your water consumption.
