That's a great weight loss. When you quit Keto you might gain back 4-5 kgs as there will be water weight coming back. This will stabilise after the initial couple of kgs, so please don't worry when you stop the diet. Use multivitamins only if you feel the need, if you ate weaker losing hair weaker nails dull skin etc. You can use any otc multivitamins bought from a pharmacy. Keto diet is low in carbs and high in fat. This is always my personal suggestion to my every client. Follow things which you can follow in a long term such kinds of specific diet like atkins diet, GM diet, keto diet can't follow for a long period of time and once you will follow such kinds of plan you will definitely loose weight but for very small period of time and after some time you will gain weight again. -Avoid processed food, junk food, maida, fried food completely.
-Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
-Drink plenty of water. Increase your water consumption.
-Have salads, sprouts, soups.
-Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time.
