The best way to do the Kegel is to download an app from your android playstore. You can search for KEGEL TRAINER app and start practicing. It gets much easier as the app has different difficulty levels, alarm for reminder and several other things which makes the exercise easy.
However finding the muscle is the foremost step, thn only you are going to get benefit out of the exercise. Muscle is situated at the mid point of your anus and your testicles in the mid line of the body.

Kegels are easy to do, once you know which muscles to target. One of the easiest ways to locate your muscles is during urination. Halfway through urination, try to stop or slow down the flow of urine.
Don’t tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs, or abdomen, and don’t hold your breath.
When you can slow or stop the flow of urine, you’ve successfully located these muscles.
Contract these muscles for a slow count of five.

Make it very clear that kegel exercise doesn't increases Penile size at all. Kegel's exercise can improve problem of early ejaculation but can not increase size of the Penis.
