Get cbc ,ecg, lft ,rft and thyroid profile done.
It should not be taken lightly.
Though it can be something mild like panic attack but it would be safer to rule of major illnesses.
At least ecg is must

First of all get bp and rbs checked.
Hypotension and low blood sugar are common cause.
Get serum electrolytes checked also.
Due to summer, it could be dehydration leading to electrolytes imbalance.
