Hello, sometimes while biting on a nut there are chances the tooth might fracture or it might be just a pain in the periodontium or gums. So kindly visit a dentist and get it clinically evaluated and get a x-ray done of that particular tooth. If everything is fine pain will go in few days. Also lukewarm water and salt rinses will help you gargle with it 2-3 times in a day.
