Hello,
If you have been sexually active then please rule out pregnancy and if negative then get a per speculum examination to rule out cervicitis and also an ultrasound pelvis to rule out any organic uterine cause.

Hello,
This is irregular shedding possibly due to progesterone deficiency or this could be an ovulation bleed. please get an ultrasound pelvis done to check endometrial thickness and follicular size to establish above.
