I want to know the reasons for irregular menstruation cycle. I want to know the healthy diet for increasing my hemoglobin and blood purification.

Menstrual cycle may be irregular due to psychological reason, sudden change of atmosphere, disturbance in hormonal levels. Hemoglobin level also affect menses. Thyroid dysfunction may be the cause.
