- To increase hemoglobin ( iron) in the body you have to consume a diet rich in iron, folates & vit b12, also taking vit c rich fruits especially citrus fruits enhances the absorption
- have more of green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, fruits like apples, guava, dates, citrus fruits, non veg food especially organ meats like liver, beans, lentils, dry fruits such as nuts, eggs, jaggery

This can happen due to many causes, esp in low immunity. A thorough physical exam by me bedside will throw light on your leuko penia wear a mask for reverse isolation so you do not catch flue take a flue vacc. Shot as prevention for immune boosting diet and nutritional programmes.

If you can tolerate Iron pills, it is better to take them for 2 months and stop.
No need to repeat ferritin levels after that.
