you really need a detailed and careful extensive evaluation at a tertiary level speciality care. many things needs to be keep in mind before saying that your high BP is without any reason. When diabetes goes on for over 20 plus years, that too if improperly controlled (with high blood glucose levels), then kidneys are affected, that leads to increased level of creatinne. You seem to be suffering most likely from illness anxiety disorder, wherein their will be extreme sensitivity to minor symptoms and interpretation of these towards a serious illness. It has to be treated by anxiolytics as well as psychotherapy (counselling). Ask your psychiatrist for CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), or ask him to refer to a clinical psychologist for the same.
