Sometimes we rely too much on medications for insomnia whereas some small changes in our lifestyle may also help us to sleep well. A sleep assessment may be good to diagnose first of you really have insomnia. Please consult so that I may assess.

Normal vitamin d level should be between 20-30 mg/ml. Vit d is to be tested once in 3 - 6 months and should be maintained above 30 mg. Proper exposure to sunlight between 9 am to 10 am will be helpful. Most of the food sources are non veg category e. G. Fish, liver oils, eggs, liver etc. Vit d supplements on weekly or daily basis can also be taken on a prescription of local doctor. I have written about insomnia elsewhere.

Febrile convulsions are common in childrens. Note his daily activities if any problem consult to the doctor, in emergency cases reach out to the hospital. If still have convulsion problems, reach to homeopathic doctor which will be good for him.
