It's due to smoking, lung had minimum capacity for oxygen. Consultation needed by pulmonologist probably he will ask you for nicotine levels, pft etc
taxim 0 200 two times a day after food for five days.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
Montek lc one at night for five to seven days.
Ab phyllin sr 200 one time at night for five days or more .its a bronchodilator.

Do you feel any numbness on half of your lower your lip as well? Was the numbness worst initially and has gotten better or is it the same since then? Do you have no sensation at all? Do you have similar sensations at your extremities as in your feet legs or hands? Or only your tongue? The nerve heals the slowest in case of damge. The fact is that smoking does interfere with healing. But. As you did not mention or report any trouble or complications after tooth extraction!.
First, if you really followed the instructions and did restrict and did not smoke for these 5 days. I really feel and do not imagine any good reason as to why you posted such question. After all, it is a matter of another more hours.
