According to your height and weight your BMI is normal 19.4 but if you increase your weight approximately 10 kg your BMI should become 22.5 means it's good BMI according to your height and weight.
Some weight gain tips :-
1) Add lots of energy and protein to your daily meals.
2) Don't drink water before meals.
3) Don't skip meals especially breakfast.
4) Take at least 6 to 7 meals in the day.
5) Use big plates.
