Sir you have to take sone gastric related tab and some proper basic treatment for that you can be absolutely fine from that illnesses suggest some basic tips for it don’t eat oily ,spicy and heavy food walk 20 minutes after the eating food don’t sleep after eating at the night eat before 8 and eat light food only and do exercise and maintain proper schedule of the breakfast lunch and dinner thank you pleased feedback and consult.

Take homoeo med nux vomica 200 , one drop tds on empty stomach without water for a week time or more till your symptoms disappears. avoid coffee n other stimulant intake during the period of treatment. take regular meal at proper time. avoid spices, oily food n non veg. take a walk daily for half an hour, half an hr after food. take green tea instead of milk tea. homoeo meds increase immunity n do not have side effects. stay safe n healthy
