The back pain might be due to long working hours. As you said you are facing digestion issues, please drink plenty of water at least 10-12 glass per day. Eat high fibre diet. Exercise at least 5 times a week. Take small meals every 3 hours, donât starve.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

4.whether any history of obesity in family.
