Doc I had a question that I want to get a pre and probiotic supplement because I have been facing a lot of gut issues for quite a long time indigestion, diarrhoea I really feel my gut isn't healthy so pls tell what kind of supplement should I get? And is cyraflora and darolac ok and safe without prescription?
