Guadft sir, my name is rohit jaiswal from vrindavan uttar pradesh. My height is 5 feet 11 inch and weight is 97 kg. Before 6-8 months, it was 112 kgs. I am reducing it by early morning walk plus running. I do not eat outside food from last 6 months. 2 major problems I am facing. One is my overweight. Secondly, I had pimples 5-8 years before. Because of that, I have acne pore on my cheeks. The skin color become light dark as compared from last 5 years. How to get better skin as I was having before. How to reduce acne pores. Secondly, because of my work, I was having tight schedule from last 4 years. Due to this, I started suffering from indigestion, gas. But now after lockdown as I am eating house food, gas n indigestion has improved a lot. Almost gone from last 3 years, I am losing my hairs also. Sir I want to get your advice on these problems. Can I come and meet you or can I show my face on video call?

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Hello lybrate-user. Dnt take ppi for long.
Take it when ever is required only .take tab
gabaneurone. 1 od for 10 days in night time. It will helps you a lot. Because sometime ppi decrease secretion of b12 vit.in intestine .so you may have benefit from this med. Avoid milk or dairy products. Avoid tea. Take some home remedies also. More honey in your diet. U will be fine. For sure.

It may not help
There are no fixed dose.
Don't confuse Homeopathic medicine with allopathic medicine.

They require to be matched to the symptoms and according to the severity, age, lifestyle the potency, repetition etc needs to be adjusted.

If taken blindly it can increase the problems.

Dear User, Glad to know the medication worked. But unfortunately upon consumption of Spicy and oily foods dyspepsia will again act up. This can be avoided by making lifestyle and diet modifications.
1.Eat smaller meals slowly so digestion is easier. Avoid heavy meals instead spilt one meal into two courses within a span of 1-2 hrs.
2.Completely avoid alcohol and smoking.
3.Avoid caffeinated beverages.
4. Avoid stress as much as possible.
