Hi doctor my father is 69 years of age has liver infection, he is not well since last 5 -6 days, he has indigestion, constipation, sensation of vomiting whenever eats food, food intake get reduced, nausea and drowsiness, sleepiness and too much weakness, he has get his lft done, sgpt value is 69.2 in lft report normally it should be in range of 0-49, lft report is attached here also, kindly advise the medication.
