Hi, milk is considered as a complete food as its rich in all minerals like calcium ,phosphorus, b-complex vitamins, proteins, fats and much more. Banana is rich in carbohydrate and certain minerals. Combination of the two is a balanced food option for weight gainers as it gives optimum macro and micronutrients and thus is preferred also for good health.
