Yup that's a common thing. U may have accidently broken some little fragment of teeth. U can meanwhile take some desentizing toothpaste for sensitivity and go to a dentist for the checkup of your concerned tooth cz you may need to smoothen edges of that teeth or reconstruct the lost part.

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Irregular brushing technique with a worn off brush will certainly cause the tooth abrasion, gums to recede & thereby resulting in root exposure. Exposure of (dentin or cementum) layer of the tooth or trauma to the root nerve tissue causes Sensitivity. Limited opening can be due to your erupting molars on both sides that can cause pain.
- the gum over the molars can incorporate food particles and may cause pain due to infection under the gum. You need to get it cleaned thouroughly either by getting the gum over tooth removed or the tooth itself.
- do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day to keep that area clean.
- limited opening can be due to the chewing of pan, that causes the mouth to become stiff. Practice mouth opening exercises....more
