I have undergone wisdom teeth extraction 5 months ago still I feel num and nerve sensitivity in jaw and gums help me to solve.

Your experience of temporary anaesthesia or paraesthesia after an atraumatic surgical wisdom teeth removal will certainly subside. 90% of lingual nerve injuries are temporary and gets better soon. Any functional deficits like speech and mastication difficulties, tongue and cheek biting, taste dysfunction are the symptoms of permanent lingual nerve injury which you don?t have. So ignore it for now.
