If you're taking a shower to help you sleep, the temperature matters. Experts recommend that a lukewarm shower 60 to 90 minutes before bed is best. Dear user, you do not require any tablets. Eat healthy and have lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat more citrus fruits. More importantly stay home unless there is an emergency. The next couple of weeks are very important and only we can prevent casualties. Follow strict covid protocol when going out. Good luck.

This can be either a viral or a bacterial infection, the ig antibodies help by fighting the infection. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Yes, these tests will definitely help in determining if a person has any autoimmune disorders. However each autoimmune disorder will have a different set of tests for diagnosis. For eg ana is used in diagnosing lupus and other autoimmune disorders specific to it. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
