I have seen the query, which is very general. I do understand that you are on treatment for hypothyroidism. But neither dosage is mentioned nor T4 & TSH levels are given. Plus I am unable to understand what do you mean by "bumps on my tongue". What is your weight and height? Have checked the lipid profile? Is theere any size increase in thyroid gland? Dear lybrate-user,
it looks like you had subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy.in this condition thyroid problem may resolve after delivery particularly as the dose of thyroxine needed was only 25 ug during pregnancy. Now that you are 4 months post delivery, it is better to stop eltoxine tablet and recheck free t4, tsh and tpo antibodies after 3 months and take an online appointment
