I am 23 year old female, diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I have lost around 16 kgs in 5 months. The weight I had before was considered to be overweight, but due to hyperthyroidism, I was able to come to my normal weight according to my body. I have been doing great at my treatment, and my thyroid has decreased around 70% and I am currently only on one medication, but I have been having constipation problems, where I haven't been able to poop for more than a month and it's concerning me a lot as I have been gaining weight as well which is the one fear I had during the entire treatment. I can't get it out of my head that I might go back to my old overweight weight. I wanted to ask 1. If my constipation problems is a concern? (i have tried meds for this, but no use, just in case) 2. How much weight will I gain?

It is possible that a stressful event can temporarily elevate your blood pressure readings. Stress, anxiety, and other emotional factors can influence blood pressure levels. However, consistently elevated blood pressure readings, such as 130/100 mmhg, should not be ignored, especially if they persist over time.
A blood pressure reading of 130/100 mmhg indicates stage 2 hypertension, which may require medical attention and lifestyle modifications. Hypertension, if left uncontrolled, can incre...more
