Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. She is having Hypothyroidism and with TSH at 6.81 mU/L, her present dosage of Levothyroxine needs to be increased by at least 12.5 mcg. TSH should be always maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L or lower. After increasing the dosage she should check TSH again after 6 weeks to see if the desired level is achieved.

I need more info about your thyriod status like how long you have been having this condition, what is the current dosage, your pregnancy status etc, feel free to discuss it further. Fo TSH to return to normal it takes quite a long time. Usually antithyroid drugs are given for 18 months to 24 months.
