You may do a bp chart at home like 2 or 3 recordings of bp in a week. Either you can measure your bp through electronic bp apparatus from home or record from nearby clinic. If it is stress related hypertension most of your home bp recording will be normal. In that case you don't need medication.

Hello, antihypertensive medication usually continued life long and stoping them may cause relapse however if you stop them then do exercise and good diet control
