However, it is more important to manage your diet and exercise at this stage where you may be able to bring down your levesl within 3 months (if you are committed), since levels are only borderline. Lifestyle modification is the key to borderline dyslipidemia.

common adverse effects of anti cholesterol drugs can vary from muscle pains, increase in liver enzyme, dyspepsia etc.
But the symptoms mentioned above indicates that she is suffering with acute febrile illness, which may not be because of the above drugs,
she needs to be evaluated further to identify the causes of fever.
Pls consult a physician and take appropriate treatment.
